Cool, that works for me. Any chance of placing a staggered restriction on the dividend? Maybe something like 20% unrestricted every 6 months? A two year restriction for the entire amount seems to be a bit extreme. By staggering the restrictions it would not cause a major run on Hurasu's stock price at any given time. This would greatly benefit everybody involved.
