I think you've got it spot on there. We will see sellers along the way. It is to be expected. And right now, we've had 55% up yesterday and around 35% - 40% today. That's pretty darn good I think. And if there have been silent watchers, I'm sure they'll be climbing over hot coals to get in right now.
