Instinctively I would say yes, MMs should be acting with fudiciary resposibility. However, I do not know every nuance, of how and why they are UT'ng and DT'ng

Suffice to say the pps is up considerably, .. which is nice to see, .. I think that a run is coming for sure but thats just me.
