It's not insurance from an insurance company - it's insured by the US government. The FDIC. The MMs will get the stock halted before it ever goes near costing them billions. I think that's why UC hired this law firm. Negotiate a deal and straigten out this mess... The last thing UC wants is the move to a higher exchange interupted by the MMs.
