with the price in free fall it might be worth discussing what MAY be happening (without any proof, mind you)
1) demand is off and the new mill is sidelined
2) the mill has significant tech problems and is delayed indefinitely
3) larger company(ies) are producing an Alloy Steel-like armored plate, infringing on AYSI's patent, willing to go thru the legal process betting that Alloy hasn't the resources to see a fight though.
4) with a small float, in the wake of a global economic meltdown, AYSI is just caught in the downdraft as people panic and sell shares and nothing fundamental has changed.
