I usually dont like commenting on "scenarios" but as to the possibility of the cancel of the common shares... I see unlikely due to the economic situation our country is in. We are all about protecting the middle class, if a judge were to decide to cancel all those shares with the huge volume this stock has it would go against everything this country is preaching right now

Seabiscuit...

I am sure that your wisdom and DD shared will be greatly appreciated by all as it always is.

When I spoke to one of the WAMUQ Attorneys, I was trying very hard to get him to tell me that the WAMUQ common shares are worthless and that they would get wiped out. He just wouldn't do it.

He confirmed that such is usually the case, but he would not confirm that such was definitely the case with WAMUQ. He kept saying that information is coming in daily that is changing how the way things could be considered.

I'm no expert, but with things the way they are right now, and the ecomomy in shambles, I would think they would do whatever they can to avoid 'cancelling' the common shares. Too many people are loosing money, in the markets in general, and I would think/hope that since this is a unique situation, and the market is on the brink of collapse, that everything possible is being done, by the powers that be, to protect ALL shareholders involved. Of course, I could be wrong, though.
