Fred -- I understand that it's bullish, too, but I don't know what settings AJ is using. I have one set of charts that default to Jeff's settings for just this occasion, and I do NOT see what AJ is seeing. Do you?
Yes, but more if it comes from a lower level or close to 50. The NDX full stochs on this chart are nearly at 80, so it's not that big a bullish thing for the NDX:
