Yes, but more if it comes from a lower level or close to 50. The NDX full stochs on this chart are nearly at 80, so it's not that big a bullish thing for the NDX:

The SOX is more or less the one with the full stochs turning up close to the 50 level:

This sure looks like a 5th wave up just started on Friday on the SOX.
