okay, but what about all the companies over the last few years who haven't had continuous dilution, R/S's, false PR's, etc...but have been making record profits!! hmmm...are many of them now in hindsight "reliable and appropriate", "fundamentally strong", and "realistic understanding"? nope, don't think so. so the "translation" principle is weak. you could have a rough history or an intensely profitable history, yet neither may meet the goals or guidelines in BK. let's not try to package things so neatly. it never works. and is misleading.
