For real. I searched the FDA's website and came up empty handed as well. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot, i don't know.
I was merely stating that since I could not find any proof that the FDA has any applications for this, my personal perspective is that the rumor is false. Until I see a PR or reference number at the FDA, I'm not buying it.
However that does not mean this can't be successfully traded, .0002 is a pretty sweet deal no matter how you slice it or dice it.

Cheers!

I believe they’ve started the process however haven’t filed the full document stack. Unlike the drug FDA approval path where you have to get permissions to start phased clinicals, equipment that is already deemed safe and legal to use on the general public has a much simpler route. In this case the independent clinical trials are typically submitted with the application. If the FDA finds that the clinical trials are inconclusive they may ask for more trials. I think CIRT would be smart enough to make claims that are unarguable fact like cellulite melts away when using the product. Something that the clinicals would have been conclusive on… not something like it cures cancer. Making an approval attainable fairly quickly.

IF you go to the web site and watch all the video clips from beginning to end, you will hear Wayne Bailey say to a reporter that FDA approval is pending. What I want to know is "how pending", have applications to the FDA been actually accepted, anything in writing would be a nice PR.
