I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean but there are two things about this product that have to be considered. The product is not produced in the U.S., and it involves Infrared Technology. it is not just a simple exercise bike. It may not have such a quick approval.

And if they have not filed the full document stack, it is not pending FDA approval.
