man i have been saying this for a while there is no merger. The one and only PR that has cam true since I got in in march 07, was the R/S in feb, no airings, no debt reduction, no buyback, no merger. This scam is safe though. the sec and fbi have enough problems as it is. But once he cant sell any more shares, like now, it is soon to be over!
