good point I forgot about the debt they assumed. They only have 700K users and napster has been around for years so that does not say much about Their growth. I think mike is actually doing this the right way you build the user base and then offer pay services. It is a good way to get the users in and then try to get cash instead of attracting user souly by offering pay services.
Napster has 47.9 million outstanding shares BUNM has somewhere between 2-10 billion so you need to take that into account. Still if a company like BestBuy had made a similar offer for BUNM valued at the NAPS take out price this would translate into a BUNM price of 0.0121 to 0.0605 cents per share.( if my math is right) Something to think about IMO of course
