54 million and is also is paying about $67 million for cash and short-term investments on Napster's balance sheet as of June 30th.

It does seem like a no brainer and it looks like there are probably a lot of flippers here continually doubling or tripling up here on a daily basis. Any good news will probably leave them in the dust.
