I expected that Casavant would have done a share consolidation after the initial run-up of CMKI, when he first took over the shell which had approx. 351 million shares outstanding. But he didn't follow the usual method , but instead continued on with the share structure as it was. Do you suppose that he believes the properties have enough potential to bring value to the company with it's present share structure ? It certainly seems that the company believes they have potential to hire a law firm of that calibre.
