This is a highly advanced machine that will not be so easily duplicated or matched.

It can be duplicated if it can be obtained. All it takes is time and
some money. If you think an algorithm coded in a chip cannot be retrieved
you are mistaken. AMD did it with an Intel chip many years ago.

Despite that statement, the only part that is "highly advanced"
would be the algorithm. All of the other parts are just hardware
that can be purchased and assembled.

Without some intellectual property protection the device can be copied
with a few modifications, kinda like what ECT did, at least according
to court documents. ;-)
