You didn't read a single response that anyone wrote for you did you? That may be how things are SUPPOSED to work, or may have worked at one point in time, but many changes and loopholes later we have nothing but corruption by those that we are supposed to entrust with our investments. You might want to read up on MM manipulation and get caught up to date on how much power they have to influence the PPS of your investment, and how many of them have personal business relationships with TOXIC financiers.
