Please explain why you state that they will last for a few more years. I see no basis for this. They have no cash and depreciation on their capital expenditure must be wiping out any, if any, small profit that they are making out of the restaurants.
(1) 3 restaurants could mean 3 times the loss of 1? No trading statements have been issued.
(2) Never believe the filings. They are historical. There is a certain amount of creative in the filings and hopefully we must be nearing some kind of financial reporting soon.
(3) 'Apparently'...you are sounding like Netman now. I suggest next to nothing.
(4) Who will support a reverse split unless deeply discounted. The risk factor for a new investor, in this instabnce, will probably be untenable, however, it can be done. PLEASE do not load up before you are sure.
(5) Correct, don't bother speculating as there is little fact to gamble on.
(6) These people doing the talking could have been planted. It is unlikely, but possible. Booze talk....irrelevant.
