the restaurants are indeed profitable. I see the concept of a software vendor with revenue-generating restaurants (that also provide at est facility) as very exciting. I don't quite understand why they are using their cash for heating fuel. Wood is cheaper.

The problem is their SG&A. Falling sales at Woodland Hills is not heartening either.

Realistically, when compared to other vendors they are not very far along in their sales efforts.. just an observation IMO.

I thought I explained to you quite clearly how they will last for a few more years under any circumstance.

Please review my post again. It was stated in a simple sentence of diluting more.

(1) 3 restaurants doesn't equal 3 times the loss of 1 since most expenses are SG&A for the 3 restaurant corporation. To put it more simply, the more restaurants they have, the more likely they are to turn a profit. Each restaurant earns revenues at pretty decent gross profits.

(2) I didn't say I "believe" these things. I specifically went on to say that there are a number of cases that makes this statement POSSIBLE, implying I obviously have reason to doubt the statement in the filings.

(3) I said "apparently" because I was being polite. It's an easily verifiable fact. I just don't know if it's material or not.

(4) Nobody needs to "support" a reverse split. These things tend to happen by virtual force. But I will load up when I feel I want to load up -- while I appreciate the stock advice from somebody who admits to loading up the last 2 years and getting his butt kicked on this stock, I will pass, no offense, and make my own trading decisions much like I did when I started this board just before UWKI ran 900%.

(5) k.

(6) Planted people and booze talk is to be completely dismissed? I guess we can all make our own opinions on the value of booze talk but it intrigued me enough to pay attention -- it's called "truth serum" by many people because sometimes it is the most relevant type of info you can ever get. But as for planted people? If they are that slick to plant people just to talk to me and get my mind wondering and all of the execs are in on the "plants" -- then I guess that's pretty slick. Do you wear a tin foil hat by chance?
