Reguardless, if Dufus had any sort of control over the so called bonds that were to be used by CSHd or funding, it would have been a simpel matter for Dufus to clear up the mess that was CSHD. All he had to do was to used his so called assets to fund something (besides himself) that would have proved to all including the SEC that the funding was real and in Dufus's control..The FACT that he did no tell the complete story..Dufus never had control of any funding bonds or otherwise end of story thus the fraud.....
