That's one of the red flags that tipped me off.
The past two years Eugene has been using the same technique of:
~ Rehabilitating the mine and production dates.

Eugene's been doing the same thing since Gwenco went into BK.
And I don't know how much longer the BK Judge will play Eugene's game!
