Dufus brought change? He brought nothing to table because he had nothing. The reason the Judge ruled against him was he provided no support for his business. He was not involved until it was toooooo late. Everything was he filed was late. Including his family trying to sell.

The Judge ruled right, except helping the shareholders who bought into this crap.
