You can better see the difference between the price only based virtual vs CHY using :-



I suspect there might be a slight positive bias in the virtual due to lower leverage costs.

Equally though the two could be played based on discount to NAV.

Hi Clive, There's three components on the "income" side of the retirement account:

Govt paper
Corporate paper
Real estate securities

No attempt at changing correlation, just looking for the "income" side of the portfolio.
