First of all you are saying the sky is falling again and you know better..The offshore transaction under Reg S, is not a negative as you seem to imply..It's a quick way of selling shares to investors outside the U.S., and they would be restricted by Reg S..Moran wouldn't be concerned, it must be just you..
I have two pictures in my mind..One is four Chinese investors going to Hartcourt's office in Shanghai..Talking to Mr. Hu and CEO Zhou and seeing potential in Hartcourt's future..Thus putting up $400,000..Certainly not investing if they see the sky falling..
Second picture is seeing a "farmer" here in the States spending too much time on his computer knocking a company he has no shares in, when he should be attending his "farm"...
