Bloomberg will benefit from it by being able to offer Spooz content to their costomer base who request it. Its all about satisfying your customer base. If their is a demand for it...you bet Bloomberg, or whomever, will contract with Spooz.
IMO: Since Spooz is a small fry....Bloomberg allow integration with their Tradebook.....that is the only consideration Spooz will get, or if their lucky small revenues....IF THEIR IS A DEMAND....I think it is still very good deal for Spooz....Exposure....it the price you pay when your a seedling of a company....Growing pains...
