Why would Bloomberg market an integrated product/system with Spooz if they wouldn't directly benefit financially from it? In fact this would imply mutual financial benefit as Bloomberg could not use SpoozToolz as an intergrated product without compensation to Spooz. Let's take it one step further...the fact that Bloomberg is doing the marketing is huge for Spooz and signifies a significant deal between the two.

He confirmed the contract to me and said they will be integrating it with their system and marketing it within the next 10-60 days. He could not be more specific or provide any details on potential revs which is understandable.

Spooz is pleased to announce an integration agreement with Bloomberg Tradebook’s electronic trading system. Due to mutual client demand, the SpoozToolz trading software will be able to send orders and receive fills in the equity, futures, options and Foreign Currency Exchange. Spooz and Bloomberg Tradebook anticipate delivering an integrated product to customers within sixty days. The product is available to Bloomberg Professional ® service subscribers.

The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.
