think they are attempting to do more than getting accting in place . IT companies should already have up to date accting software one would hope (though obviously not in this case). I assume they are going to get on top of supply and distribution issues, maximize purchasing levrage, look at store locations, synergies, econmies of scale, a host of things that will increase revs, margins, and profits. Demostrate the ability to execute. Accomplishing the above would surely bring a significantly higher share price. imho
