Well.... To be accurate, I don't consider HRCT an "investment." At best, it is a form of entertainment in the same catagory as gambling. One can have fun with it and if you happen to get lucky then that is just icing on the cake.
You are the one who is always comparing HRCT with WMT. I just don't think HRCT is run as well as the corner garage. (In the US or China)
