I figured it to be over 14 billion O/S now and no telling what there plans will be on the A/S.I am just going by the number on the web site 10.5 billion as of June 30.

I really do not think it matters anymore.Even if it is 10.5 billion no one is going to buy it unless they provide the A/F.

No one trust them anymore.

They 'lied', and only rehashed garbage. The only warrents shareholders will see here will be the JOHNSON'S ARREST WARRENTS. Count on it. Looking at the shares out, HCPC is full of it if the real structure is broke down. If we all used the numbers 'bandied' around on this board. Basic math has the answers. Indian
