Tampa is not enough to bring PPS up. When a company talks for years about adding new stores and does not do it other people do not want to invest. The people here already have so much money tied up in HTRE, (or some of us do) that they can't sell or lose most of their money. New investors only look at all the negative things about HTRE and won't invest. I've talked to several people about this stock and no one will invest. They say it does not have any management leading the company in the right direction. I will stick it out because I have no choice. The concept was so good when I bought back into this company, I thought it would open more stores and really have a good chance even in this bad economy. Greed is a bad charactor trait, just look at Wall Street. No company has a chance if the management does not do their job. A company is as good as the people who lead it.
