Tampa should be the model of all future HHSS.It now posses all the revenue models of the original concept.Infrastructure,food,music,events ,now video gaming and a GREAT LOCATION(COLLEGE AREA).The BOD's should concentrate all their powers on now opening more shops.This is now the pressing need for HTRE to do!!!When and only if this takes place ,do I see the PPS responding accordingly.Let us hope for the best!!
