If this area is as questionable as Yeeme's contacts say,could we all have been saved from a potential albatross?.If so,let them find another property in a more condusive area in Miami. Tampa is in a gold mine area!!!That should be the template area to guide all future store locations. just my opinion
The Miami location was first actually chosen by the Chairman of the H3 BOD upon recommendations of local Miami business leaders and then the Chavis H3 team had to bring it into a business reality working with local business leaders just like the Tampa HHSS was established by the hard work and sacrifice of the previous management team working with local business leaders in that city. These are facts that you Scopeman appear to have an intellectual constipation about. Just my opinion.
