it is not a matter of opinion but of definitions and facts. again am not happy and far from apologist for company but 1+1 is 2 no matter what your opinion is. also wasn't measuring from high or low but from where the company was when it began the current of ACCRETIVE IT acquisitions (i.e. $.06). further, prior to those acquisitions the company had virtually no revs. absoultely no earnings and was baisically out of business. my biggest question when these acquisitions were made was why would these (ostensibly) profitable companies take stock in a banckrupt company in exchange for half of their profitable business (assume it was liquidity and potential long term synergies). HRCT's inability to integrate operations in a timely fashion and subsequent decline in share price speaks more to lack of ability to manage (valid concern) than a poor strategy to revive a (previously) dead company.
