There is only a total of $2.1M owed now to Laurus MasterFund and that will be paid off with today's settlement. That's why it was paid into an escrow account IMO because of a stipulated agreement with Laurus based on a percentage ratio for final satisfaction.
I'm certain that Laurus will be completely out of the picture shortly (By the end of the week?) and there will be another 8-K issued regarding that closure.
