if hallwood comes through then we will end the year w/ about
2/100 or 2 cents per share, likewise will be sitting w/ a
good 2 cents per share going forward for the next few years

hence stock is worth between 20 to 40 cents per share on the
low side, not a bad value at this time w/ good support at
20 cents.
