Seems to me that Princely was probably authorized originally..Once Hrct bought it, they had to go through the process all over..and that, I believe, had to do with Hrct becoming a full fledged education company..So we wait..No problem..I'm sure you will load up in advance of the good stuff happening..Good luck..
