GWENCO went into BK because the price of coal dropped, making it unprofitable to produce. Also, one of the execs was killed in a car wreck and the other was badly injured (if memory and rumors are correct). My main concern is if they can't turn a profit when times are good, then they'll likely not weather a significant price drop either.
