Veritas-twj, I have filed complaints with everyone under the sky, SEC, Finra, State Attorney General, on and on. I have gotten nowhere. After consulting with many attorneys I have been told that we have NO case against Schwab. The contract you signed releases Schwab from any wrong doing and if you go to arbitration you will loose and it will cost you alot of $$.
I finally have an attorney that is willing to see this case thru but his strategy is to go after the DTC. If you would like to be part of the group that will be pursuing this avenue I would be glad to include you. Who knows how long it may take. Good Luck, diane
