I just returned from vacation and found that Schwab bought in the CTBG short position which the judge in the litigation said in a restraining order could not be passed through to our accounts by DTC...

I will be calling Schwab on Monday and if the firm does not reverse the unauthorized trade I will be filing a complaint with the SEC during the week...

I will let you know what happens...
