When it's a star like Kidd Rock, I'm sure Drinks Americas would have no problem with him announcing first, I'm just not sure what the SEC rules are in that situation because Drinks is a public company. It seems that being on Ellen would be a public forum and thus allowed. It definately would be great exposure right out of the box.IMO
