Why put out a PR that says, "We are reviewing the bids, hope to put out a PR maybe tomorrow or Friday." They're not going to do that. Look at Adam's emails, he's made it clear, he's not telling us when the PR is coming out, it's up to us to gamble on that. I don't think he cares about the short term investors since the company's not diluting or trying to create volume. I really don't think he cares if everyone sells their shares today and it goes to .0001, because I think his mindset is he's got what he's got and the stock price will be valued at what it's worth when it gets there.
Most companies dilute and dump on PRs, so they want a stream of useless banter. You've got verification today that no new shares were issued.
