With all these PR going on, why would the stock be going down then?

Ain't no stoppin' us. Good news as expected. They seem to figure out where the new ground for this stock might be: @ 0,009 $, 0,008 $ or even below? Guess, more longtraders joined over the last couple of weeks. If it's known finally, I'll buy some more GLCC-stocks and wait with a smile.

Hubei and adjacent provinces

If that's not a typo, it's a big deal. For the first time, GL is expanding out of its home provinces of Hebei and Beijing into Hubei and adjacent provinces.

As mentioned (a guess), GL may be following PetroChina, its logistics' customer/partner, which has a heavy presence along the Yangtze River, its oil-transportation lifeline, which flows through Hubei Province; capital city of Wuhan (below).

Fascinating watching a company progressing so quickly.

For anybody to believe even one word uttered in any GLCC PR at this point is nothing short of astonishing.
