Hubei and adjacent provinces
If that's not a typo, it's a big deal. For the first time, GL is expanding out of its home provinces of Hebei and Beijing into Hubei and adjacent provinces.
As mentioned (a guess), GL may be following PetroChina, its logistics' customer/partner, which has a heavy presence along the Yangtze River, its oil-transportation lifeline, which flows through Hubei Province; capital city of Wuhan (below).
