Phrozt, the big difference I see is the size and frequency of the block trades. We've been seeing countless $3400-$16440 block trades. Those are not typical pink sheet trade values.
A few here and there would make sense, but we've seen several pulses of rapid fire buying in large blocks, eg: the 10m in a few minutes the other day, along with fairly consistent blocks interspersed.
And every time I've seen blocks go through, the 10000 NITE bid has been present, suggesting this buyer(s) may be responsible for these blocks.
One possibility is that the company is finally buying back shares. Another is that one or more deep pockets with inside info are loading all they can before upcoming news, eg: the merger.
As noted before, this could also be a carefully organized pump to attract momo players and make us speculate exactly as we are, rallying buying enthusiasm into which the company can dump (dilute) another 500m shares at a decent price.
In the pinks, we never know what's really happening. And it's generally best to assume everything is a scam.
For my part, I took a bit of profit to cover my cost basis, and am going to let the rest ride as long as I see the 10000 NITE player on the bid.
