Thanks Tod for letting me know! I thought that maybe my mini clean-up of de-installing Safari and Google desktop bar had something to do with it, but your post would suggest otherwise.
Please let me know if you find out anything further. In the meantime, I will use Avira and Avast if I can get that free.
