if spzi had something positive to post about sales they would surely do it. With the share price in the dumps and spzi dumping billions of shares I would think they would want the share price as high as possible. Oh yeah I forget. Paul is the almighty and whatever Paul does is for the benefit of the shareholders. Sorry MY BAD. Besides I guess Paul did PR thaT sPZI is a Revenue Driven company so I guess we all know we have revenues now. What was I thinking. Bucks.

And, in that you run your own little programming outfit, correct me if I'm wrong.... doesn't payroll require $$ and isn't it a fact that Spooz has NOT been continuing to raise money by diluting this month (the share level has been steady for what, over 3 weeks now??). And isn't a payroll deadline rushing up on them (I'd say Friday, wouldn't you?) and wouldn't they have had to raise $$ somewhere if $$ were not coming in to meet payroll? So answer me this: why is it said that there is absolutely no evidence of current $$ coming in when evidence is laying out there in plain sight that clearly causes those of us capable of independent, deductive thought to look out the front window rather than the rear-view window and clearly conclude that the evidence is telling the entire world, in no uncertain terms, that there MUST be income coming in from somewhere? No evidence?!? Yeh, unhuh.... and like I said, the sun rises in the West, too :o)

You have no proof that they HAVE signed deals with institutional traders. So really there is no proof that they have done anything except dilute and delay, the rest is guesswork and promises. You all preach DD, but from what I have seen, your moment in time and the messaging from the company will change your perspective so, buying in a year ago and complaining about the losses now may not make you such a bad person. Many of us have suffered through the promises which came to nothing, the side ventures that seem to have taken focus from what was supposed to be the core business, the downplaying of the departure of Groves and He, and now what seems to be a rather peculiar timing in the delay(s) of STv??.
I recall that in Q1 sales were "imminent", that there would be news in Q2, then at the SHM (and thank-you for providing the info to those of us who could not be there) sales were coming in Q3. There is no denying that there has been a frustrating series of delays, and that the dilution has been absolutely maddening to those of us sitting at a 98% loss.
I think that those who are bashing should be given some leeway to express frustration, but I draw the line at accusations of criminal activity in the absence of legal action being taken. For those long and positive it is OK to be so, but if you have been holding for over a year reality does have to dictate a healthy dose of skepticism.
I do not believe this is a scam, and until indictments are handed out I will continue to believe so. I am extremely frustrated with the course of action taken by the company and would like to see a little forthrightness in disclosure and maybe some focus in delivering sales and revenue in one place before we waste money on expanding ahead of revenues. I will admit that I am not an insider and I don't fully understand why they have made the choices they have. (Pumpers feel free to take this line out of context as the only thing you quote) But I still feel as a shareholder I am owed more than lip service from a third party.
I invested in this company because I believed in the promise of SpoozTools, SWARM, and the related technologies, but they have consistently over promised and under delivered. All I am asking for is to see some tangible progress, a single paying customer, a small amount in the revenue column indicating SpoozTools is alive and well and at least one customer sees value enough to pay for it. baby steps are enough for me, small bits of progress are fine as long as they are consistent.
