So you have a transcript which has nothing to do with CMKX and then you are trying to tie it in somehow.

Apparently this judge thinks the SEC can enact laws. He needs to go back to law school.

I'd say the judge was pretty clueless, if he didn't realize that it's Congress, not the SEC, that makes laws.

Gotta' wonder if that judge is aware that in America we have not one, but three branches of government each with distinct duties.

BTW, what does any of it have to do with outrageous penny scams?
