How exactly do you believe this process works?....do you believe the SEC is going to investigate and file false informing charges? The REALITY is the last four months is abysmal and the more Jared makes claims the more suspect he becomes....As many of you know, I hold several million shares avged down since April and this has been sitting in triple zeros for months. Imagine someone building a prottype for the removal of toxic waste in junkyards for 700,000.00, No large green company has thought of this? How absurd for us to believe that this is nothing more than another kool aid hype. He has started countless projects with our money and no return in the foreseeable future. We the shareholders need to go to Fort Wayne personally and demand a reasonable explaination with a logical business plan based on reasonable projections. We the investors have lost several hundred thousand dollars and we deserve an answer. If many cannot go they should email there similiar complaints and we that go will deliver them. IMHO

Well the 1.2 million is in filed financial statements with pink sheets, so they could be sent to jail if they were false.

Anyone who believes those filings on ps.com are anything more than glorified PR's and equal to SEC filings, should probably let a broker invest their money for them.
