i have to agree i hold a lot of shares to and im starting to think more and more each day that Jared is a liar and he screwed us over. I think he has lied about everything and this is just another scam!!! i hope i am wrong but its not looking good here...

I was simply stating that their filing was the most legal binding document for a pinkie, so if they lied in it then we can roast their balls. I do not question the legitimacy of the COMPANY, but rather the legitimacy of their CLAIMS and REVENUE PROJECTIONS... and their funding of "prototypes" with our money instead of waiting a few months for the supposed huge revenue... One of the excuses back when they started diluting like mad men was that they needed immediate funding for the GC2000 process, in order to beat others to market... Well if there was such a time crunch, why are they now willing to do it themselves, taking far more time?
