I have no issue with that, the questions are:

1- How much extra?

2- Why should promoters pay extra for the abuse the tou does not protect them from? If the purpose is to bring our disclosure into the open then there should be parody in the tou/tos for us like any other, after all, the disclosure spells out the compensation...right?

3- How do they plan to deal with the real problems of non-disclosing promoters?
